Cost for sizes XS-XL is $25.00 and includes the embroidered logo. Add $2.00 for size 2XL; add $3.00 for sizes 3XL and up. You may add your name for an additional $5.00.
If you wish to supply your own apparel, the cost is $12.00 to have the logo embroidered and $5.00 additional for your name.
